Our Solution:
Our team attended the property and began by setting up ladders under the garage door to take its weight. This made sure that the door couldn’t fall down and cause any damage. We took a look at the tracks, opening them up to reinsert the door rollers once again. With a little lubrication and some careful management, we fitted all the rollers back into place and got the door moving again. We closed the tracks back up again, tested the door, and found it to be working safely and smoothly again.
